The Hampton Roads Global Commerce Council (HRGCC) is a non-profit organization founded in Hampton Roads in the early 1950s by local business leaders who were engaged in international commerce. The organization is dedicated to promoting the international commerce of the United States through the Hampton Roads region. The Council’s primary mission is to bring together and serve industries in Hampton Roads that are associated with national and international commerce, specifically the air, rail, shipping and trucking, transport industries.
HRGCC provides the Hampton Roads community with education, information-sharing, and networking opportunities through a variety of formats, including breakfasts, luncheons, and after-work meetings where members and guests have the opportunity to hear from and meet political, industry, and community leaders.
