Annual State of Port Address

January Luncheon Featuring Special Guest Speaker Mr. Joseph A.Dorto

Please join us on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott for our January Luncheon and State of the Port Address.In keeping with long standing tradition, Joseph A. Dorto, President and CEO, Virginia International Terminals (VIT), will deliver his annual State of the Port address.

At the State of the Port, Mr. Dorto perennially addresses important issues affecting the Port of Virginia.His direct and honest assessment each year of current affairs is appreciated by all industries impactedby the Port and the movement of cargo through this region. The highlight of Mr. Dorto’s address isalways his list of annual predictions for the Port (for which he gives credit to the late Dave Wible).

HRGCC will also conduct its annual fundraising raffle at the State of the Port address. All of theproceeds of the raffle go to the funding of scholarships to be awarded to local college bound highschool seniors each March.
